Happy New Moon, Bandi Chorr Divas and Diwali Day.

 

It’s been a while since my last blog; I’ve needed to pause, reflect, recalibrate and return on a different frequency that is wholly aligned to my light.

 

How’s your harvest been this autumn? What else have you harvested?

 

I’ve been inundated with apples, pears and green tomatoes, which I have transformed into crumbles, butters and chutneys, all the while redesigning my new website and offerings.

 

As I look out of my patio doors, I give thanks to the light of the warm autumn sun, which reflects on the golden leaves of the Jasmine plant that had offered a delightful aroma and bloom during the summer months. Nature is a gift that continues to give.

 

Reflection

 

There’s a chill in the air, and as the turning of the wheel moves further into autumn, we are reminded that winter will soon be upon us.

 

I often utilise this quieter period to reflect on the year so far, what I have released and what I have received as my harvest, which, of course, is more than apples and pears.

 

This year, I am celebrating more of my voice and power, where I have been recalibrating my inner compass and remaining true to my light and creating a life in alignment with my authentic self.

 

I will draw upon the energy of this auspicious period to dream about what I would like to harvest this time next year.

 

Rituals and Dreaming

 

Together with lighting candles and filling my vase with fresh flowers, I will take a long walk, make offerings to nature and cook some delicious food for my son and me.

 

Celebrating cultural traditions and honouring ancestors and Mother Earth is an important ritual for me, as this brings joy, connection, and a deeper meaning to our lives.

 

What will you be dreaming of for yourself this time next year?

 

Imagine you are on the threshold of something new, you know it's there, and all you needed was a little confidence, self-belief or courage to claim what you desire.

 

What if everything you desired was waiting on the other side of a veil, and you simply needed to claim it?

 

What would you do? Would you claim it and say yes, or stay stuck where you are, waiting for the right time?

 

What if the time were now, and the life you dream of could be possible this time next year?

 

Inner Alchemy


I know that place, as I've visited it many times myself, and now I help others.


I have supported many women like you, who longed for a more fulfilling and joyful life, but didn’t dare to say yes to what they wanted. They were too busy taking care of others, rather than themselves, which is a familiar pattern.

Can you imagine how supportive and nurturing it is for these women? It is a joy for me to empower them to step into the unknown and embrace greater possibilities for a life they truly desire.
